Vent: certain Drs at my hospital hardly call back

This is just a vent so forgive me. Im so incredibly frustrated when I go to work and see certain drs as the attending. If theres a change of condition, you already know you aint getting a call back. Im over coming to work and having to flip out on my supervisor and eventually the house Dr because hes like "did you call the attending?". No I thought I page you because your voice gives me butterflies.

Kid you not came back into work. I get report and 2 minutes later its a code blue on the same patient.
