Well I haven't been here for a while due to getting a really late start on this years planting. I have been dealing with a flare of my chronic pain and was tested for psoriatic arthritis. I never thought I would be happy to only have fibromyalgia but that was the final DX. I have had some problems walking and during all these tests was noted to have dramatically decreased bilateral perfusion to my feet and I actually have taken a month off work to seek more aggressive treatment that did not include just bumping up my Norco.
So I have a new pain management routine with includes water exercise, cycling, acupuncture twice a week and adopting a diet that combats inflammation.
What does all this have to do with gardening?
Be back in a bit to finish this and post some pics.
Pics. These are mostly punpkins, avocados and tomatos.

So last year I released about 400 polinator bees into my garden. The effect on the harvest especially my Avocado and fruit trees was phenomenal. I am goin to check the cacoon tubes to see if I have andy babies before ordering more bees for the garden .
