VANEEP/EISP

Anyone complete the VANEEP recently?

I have some questions out to the ONE person they have working on the packets but I'm sure she is swamped and I want to make sure I have everything before it's too late. So if you've recently done one, maybe you can help me.

What did you use/what was accepted for "validation of program costs"?

Are there instructions/requirements for the mentor? Do they have to go to my school? Be from my work?
