Vanderbilt Perioperative Internship Summer 2014

Hi Everyone! I was wondering if anyone has been through the Perioperative Internship at Vanderbilt? Or is anyone currently applying for it? I am wanting to get information on the application/interview process. I have applied, but haven't received the email with the application...how long does it take for them to send it? Any information would help! Thanks!

Don't apply!!! I currently work in the OR at vanderbilt and the management is horrible. There is also problems with lateral violence. save your self!

I applied to the Perioperative internship and had heard the management was "bad" but what does that mean and what is going on with violence? thanks for any info.

No, she never responded to me either so I'm not sure how bad the lateral violence is. I am actually not going to accept the position so maybe they will give it to you! I just got offered another job that I am going to take.
