VA Post-Bac RN Residency Program

Has anyone been part of this residency? I am seeing that there is a "stipend" of 67K? How is that competitive at all, or is that on top of normal pay?

No I have not applied yet. I plan to but it's a long wait for the start (October 2025). I asked about the stipend, and evidently it changes depending on where you are placed, so pay is competitive.
