VA for PMHNP as clinical site

Hi-I am looking at a couple of the different psych NP programs. Most of them require the student to set up their own clinical sites in preceptors. Does the VA have a program that help students do that for completing that within the VA? I see them for MDs. But I thought the VA might be a good clinical site to complete my clinical hours. I just don't know if they offer that. Any insights or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks very much.

Yes, the VA does allow for student clinical rotations.  It would be a great site if you can get it.  I don't know how you would request this, but ask your school
