Hello VA employees.... I would like to know your story as an employee of the VA.... Did you LOVE your job? How long have you been with the VA? Did you start off as a New Grad? If so, how was your process/orientation?

It's going well, a little disorganized but I have not actually been on my unit yet. How about you??

Not yet... I voluntarily took a tour on my unit along with two other nurses working the same unit.... Started the nursing orientation today.... Ours has been planned out really well... We have our schedule for the rest of the week outlined with time frames of what's going on

Didn't know they gave a $400 uniform allowance!!!! That's nice!!!!!

haha yes I just found out too, it's great! We are going through computer orientation now it's pretty slowww.
