I am pretty new with the VA and struggling to learn the grading. Are there any VA nurses out there that can help me understand this and possibly give me some information on the scope of the LPN .... it seems that depending on their grade they can or can not do certain tasks. Thanks

Try emailing the state board. I have asked them questions and they are pretty quick about getting back to you. I haven't gotten my license transfered to Va yet, waiting for Tax refund to send in the application, I hadn't heard anything about "Grading" maybe you can share what you find out?

Hi Tammy - thanks for your response. I was actually asking about grading in the Veterans Administration (VA) System. I am new to the VA and was a little confused about their grading for CNA's and LPN's and how the scope of practice changes for the LPN as they go up in grade. But thanks for the response. Good luck getting your Virigina license. :)
