UWF BSN Summer 2021

Hi everyone! I haven't seen a forum on the next Summer nursing program so I thought id make one!

I actually applied with prerequisites in progress so you definitely have a chance!

Oh that makes me feel better! How many did you have in progress?
I know they don’t count any of them for “points” during admission if all of them aren’t completed by the time you apply. 
So I’m assuming they won’t even calculate my pre req GPA for the ones I have done or anything. I was thinking of retaking the TEAS and trying for a higher score. Do either of you have any recommendations on what to study? Science is definitely the hardest category for me, it’s just very broad.

I had 3 in progress! And yeah I don't think they count untill you get the final grades. I think your TEAS score is really good! The first few times I took it I did terribly LOL. But if you're looking for study materials I recommend the mometrix TEAS manual and their practice test book. Also, the ATI smartprep was extremely helpful, though it is a bit pricey.

I haven't. I messaged Leslie and asked her before the Christmas break and she said it would be sent over the next two days. That would've been December 15th.

Yeah that's the same for me. There may be delays since they extended the due date for applications.

Hey everyone! I just received my acceptance letter via email today for the Summer 2021 cohort. I'm excited to get to know everyone in the program. I'll be moving from Orlando to the Pensacola area so lets connect!
