UTMB FNP Fall 2011

I just recieved my acceptance letter for UTMB's 2011 FNP program. I have a million question. Anyone else get accepted or currently in the program? I'm so excited but I dont know what to expect. Will I be able to work. Is the program 2 years or 3?

My interveiw was less than a week prior to getting accepted. Maybe I was an alternate. Either way, I feel so lucky!

I just got a letter (dated May 16th) stating I been waitlisted for the Fall 2011 FNP program. :crying2: My interview was in April.

Any idea of how many people get in usually?

I was told that they will be accepting 50 students. Half have been chosen and the other half will be chosen in June/July (can't remember which month). The program is 3 years part-time. I hope you get in!! Orientation is mid August.

i wonder if i have any chance of getting in. man TWU sure is slow about their responses.

I got accepted to the program as well!!! :yeah:

Found out last week via email. Excited and nervous but ready!

Were you on the waiting list?

I never received a letter stating that I was on the waiting list. Just got a call for the interview back in May and acceptance via email.

I had the interview in may also but mid June i got a letter saying I am on the waiting list. Just weird that they are barely notifying the people who got in.

I also had my interview back in May. I have still not received a rejection, waitlist, or acceptance letter. Everytime I call I get the same response, "you should hear something next week." maybe this week?
