UTA AP BSN- Out of state?

Published

Hi all. So I think I got accepted to UTA's AP BSN program, because I got an email to register for general education classes, but I never received an acceptance letter/email or anything of the sort. So my first question: Was I Accepted? I'm so confused! I have a degree from UTA in which I completed all of the gen ed pre-reqs, so I went in and registered for Intro to Nursing and plan on completing Pharmacology and Pathophysiology in the summer. Secondly, I'm moving to the El Paso area in June and I'm wondering if it's possible for me to complete my rotations/clinicals in that area? There is a UT-System school in that area (UTEP), so I'm not sure if that makes any kind of difference. Has anyone successfully completed the program outside of the DFW metroplex area?

Thanks!

I would contact your advisor. I was working on trying to get into that program when they still had a partnership with my work and was also sent an email that I could register for the gen ed classes but I had not been actually accepted to the program. I'm not sure about your other questions. Hopefully you are able to get it cleared up with your advisor or whoever you have been in contact with!
