Yes! Denied for the ER but still in the running for med surg

Did you already receive a denial email? When was your interview?

I applied to the critical care internship and interviewed on 10/15. I haven't heard anything about acceptance or denial yet though.

Hopefully we will hear something soon. How did you feel about the interview? I feel pretty good about mine, but I know that there are very few openings. Good luck! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!!

I felt good about it for the first couple days but as time has gone by, I've been questioning how well I really did! The interviewers asked follow-up questions after my initial answers to their standard set of questions...sometimes for clarification and sometimes out of genuine interest (I hope!). The entire interview was pretty conversational and friendly. Here's hoping we get the jobs!

Today one of my classmates got offered the internship for L&D and another got offered an ER internship. Looks like we should start to hear something really soon!!

Thanks for the info. Sounds like it will be a no. I have a feeling that they notify the ones getting the positions first and then send no thank you letters. Hopefully I'm wrong! Fingers are still crossed!!
