Making this thread for anyone else applying for the fellowship in July 2025.

Which unit yall interviewing for?

I can't remember some of the questions, but they did ask a few of the usual ones:

 Of course, tell us about yourself. 

Why do you want to work here?

Why should we choose you?

Tell us about a time you made a mistake and what did you do about it. 

Tell us about your strengths and weaknesses

They did ask a clinical question that had lots of specific details (which weren't familiar to me.) But, the point of the question was to get you to focus on prioritization and asking for help.

I applied to the MICU! I tried asking the recruiter but they haven't said anything yet. and yes good luck to everybody!! ill def keep ya posted :,)

I finally received my offer!! It was such a long and nerve wracking wait but so worth it. 😌😌
