This evening I was checking the status check for my application at UT-Austin for their Alternate Entry MSN program, and to my relief I was given the thumbs up by the grad school (I have been going crazy for the past three weeks... checking my mailbox every 20 minutes!).
I still have to contact the School of Nursing to make sure the Grad School is not out in left field, but in the meantime, I was wondering if anyone else reading this forum had been accepted to UT and if they were planning on attending?
It's been a long road for me, I'm glad all the trouble was finally worth it. Even if you didn't apply to UT, I hope you all get accepted to the school of your choice. It's a pretty harrowing experience! :)
Just ran across your post when searching for DE programs. I am also considering applying. Did you get into UT? Are you now in the program? And if so, do you like it? Which focus did you choose?

Howdy all,
