I think UTA has a good program. I worked full time the whole time and rarely had any issues. I had already completed all other classes so I was only taking the nursing courses. The first class, Professional Nursing, is pretty easy and interesting. It boosts your confidence a little and makes you realize that you can do this. Health Assessment and Research are the two hard classes. Health assessment isn't really hard, it is TIME CONSUMING. Do not wait until the last minute to do those assignments. Research is 100% group work and difficult. For electives I took Legacy of the Family and The co-op course. Both were easy. I felt like I wrote the same paper every week in family, but it was easy. As I was finishing my last class they were getting more strict on plagiarism. This can easily cause you to fail a class. Be especially careful in Research. Make sure you proofread all work your group does before submitting. One of my group members plagiarized a lot and I cringe at what could have happened if I hadn't caught it.
You will do fine as long as you stay on top of your work. Good luck!
