Hi guys! I'm so glad I found this thread. I applied to the LeaDs program.

GRE: 300 GPA: 3.32 Science GPA: 3.05. My GPA isn't great but I have a lot of patient care hours. I've been a medical assistant for about 2 years, volunteered at DCMC, and I used to work as a safety certification instructor. Hopefully that will help with my application. Hello everyone,

I got an email recommending I apply to the leads program instead of the the PMHNP program I originally applied to.

they also mentioned interviews will start in Dec and feedback will be in late January.

just thought I should provide some info

@NinaD I'm sorry that you didn't get an interview for the original program you applied for; I'm sure there's some disappointment there. ? Do you think you'll apply for the Leads program? ? I really appreciate you sharing your experience with us. ❤️

@River216 sure thing. Just thought I should say something since we were all playing the waiting game. Yes, I asked to be put in for the LEADs program. Didn’t need to submit another application. Tracy responded saying interviews will start in December.

I received an email today about getting an interview. I applied for the AGCNS track. Seems like the wait is over, at least for this track.

Can you tell us from who the email was from? So we can be on the lookout. Was it Tracy or a UT Austin email?
