USF St. Petersburg ABSN Fall 2019

Hey everyone!

I haven't seen a post for USF St. Pete's ABSN Fall 2019 application, but since it just closed on the 7th I figured I'd make one. I am graduating from UF in August with my BS in Health Education, my overall GPA is 3.86 as of now and my pre-req gpa should be between 3.9 and 4, depending on what classes they use to calculate. I am planning to live in Tampa and commute if I get in. I'm super nervous waiting for interview scheduling to begin! What about you guys?

I got an email saying they are unable to offer me admission to the program. So, if you haven't received an email this morning that is probably good news

I’m so sorry @jojowilson ? you were accepted to other schools tho and you’ll be a great nurse either way!!

Congratulations to you both! I still haven't received anything, so I'm getting pretty nervous. Did you guys receive it via email or SOAR?

They email they sent me said they had more than 300 applicants and they are only taking 20. Congratulations to everyone who got an interview. That is awesome !

20. That's not a lot at all ? I thought they would accept at least 60 students since the Tampa campus will not have an ABSN program this spring. I'm thinking they may have sent out all the invites.
