USF NP Fall 2016...anyone?

Waiting to hear if I have been accepted into the AGNP/OH program at USF Tampa.

Anyone else?

How did you find out about the number of applicants??

I asked at the end of my interview. He said they're taking 20-40, probably closer to 35.

Sorry I haven't posted since before my interview. I think it went well, it was a nice conversation about the program and individual goals and expectations, both perceived as well as what is to come. I'm applying for the Master's program. I know they are having more interviews this week so I'm just hopeful I get in. Good Luck to everyone in whatever program you are applying for.

If anyone hears any updates on their applications, please share. I'm awaiting an answer on my FNP/masters fall 2016 application. Thanks to the above poster who said they heard decisions may be coming the week of 4/18.. doing my best to be patient :)

Hello Everyone,

I also applied to the FNP at USF, of course waiting!

I heard, we will know after 04/22!!

I wonder if they really competitive and only take students above 3.7? really nervous!

last semester the admitting GPA was 3.8

I just called and they told me they are making their final decisions now and we should be finding out in the next 2-3 weeks ugh!! It seems like every week I call it keep extending.. So frustrating and nerve wrecking í ½í¸£

I wonder why that is. I'm assuming you called about the FNP program? But I would guess it will take just about the same amount of time for the AGACNP program decisions to go out. It is nerve racking, I try not to get to me mainly because I didn't apply anywhere else so I can't imagine waiting around for their decision when there was already an acceptance into another program. Still, good luck to everyone.
