USF CA nursing program, need your opinion

Hi folks, plz help

I applied to USF CA and I got admission letter. It is the first nursing school which I applied. They didn't accept me for 2016 since their clinical class was full but they say I can start from 2017 ( they do not need TEAS). They told me I should take some random class in 2016 so I can be eligible as continuous student for clinical in 2017 ( 3+1 year). It already took me 3 years in CCC to finish my pre request for nursing so in 2016 I would only take some uneccessary class to just be able to get into program in 2017. Their fees is 43 K per year (their program is 3 years from 2017) and I should pay it by private and federal loan. I should get at least 80K private loan and rest federal loan during 3 years program). now here is my question.

1. Is it easy to get private loan, I do not have cosigner

2. Should I reject their admission and study for Teas and apply for CSU (I can pay CSU by my pal grand and federal loan with very little interest)

*i am worry if i reject their offer, i would not get in any CSU in future.

*there is one hours commute from my place to there ($$$ gas money)
