Hi, Can anyone tell me if the use of SCD's/Kendalls are typical in post-cardiac arrest care? Would there be a major concern of DVT's given the use of anti-coagulant therapy? Thanks-Amy

Depends on what process is happening to the patient. If they are immobile, probably a good idea. Why would they be on anticoagulant therapy post arrest? Unless it was an acute MI? I guess it would depend on the patient's DVT risks.
Would it be considered standard of care to have a patient who is intubated in SCD's?
Not necessarily - see answer above. Depends on the patient's condition and associated comorbidities/risks.
