Not yet! The application just opened up, do they start calling people for interviews this early?

No call for interview yet. App is "Under Consideration" for CCU/ICU.

Anyone know what that even means?

It could probably mean that our application was sent to the unit hiring managers from HR, and they are now looking at the possible candidates!  It was like that when I applied and interviewed for UCLA, so that could also be the same for USC?

I am almost about to submit my application! How did y'all submit your documents. Resume as one file then cover letter, personal statement, transcripts and LORs merged in another file? Two files in total? The instructions were low key confusing 😂

I just combined all my documents into one PDF in the order they listed on the website!

Anyone else email their LoRs to HR? My app is "Under Consideration" but I wonder if HR has seen/forwarded my LoRs to the units I applied to.

Man they gotta update their website, those instructions are so out-dated.

OMG same! Those instructions are so confusing. I sent them to HR & asked for an update but nothing.... please keep me updated! Im scared they only sent what I uploaded on the app & not the rest of docs
