I'm a L&D RN and have a few years before I can travel. Would love to work internationally in L&D. Other than Dubai is there anything else available?

You really need to be a bit more specific on where you wish to live and work. Each country will have their own requirements both for registering as a RN as well as immigration/work visa

Really, just overseas in general. Ireland, Scotland, England, Austraila..... Haven't really found any agency that advertises. Didn't know if these jobs are available and their possible lenght of work. 6 months? Year?

If looking at the EU then really you will have a better option if you are already a citizen of a country in the EU. I know for the UK preference is giving to UK then EU before the rest of the world. Also depends on your training for the UK as the NMC will not at the moment accept ADN only BSN, then you have the trouble of trying to find a employer willing to sponsor you for a work permit and generally the job is required to be on the occupation shortage list and only a couple of nurse experiences are accepted basically OR nurses or NP and nurse specialists in NICU

Australia you may have a better option but will still need to register with APHRA

New Zealand again may be a better option but you will have to meet BON requirements

Which ever country you decide on there are probably threads in this forum discussing requirements for both nursing board and immigration
