I am an ADN student, and will do BSN afterwards, I am highly interested in the Corps, does anyone know anything about it? It sounds like the premiere career in nursing? All help would be appreciated?

The Corps require a miminum of a baccalaureate degree in any particular discipline. They hire RNs, doctors, dieticians, occupational therapist, physical therapist, etc.
There was a time when a RN only needed to be from a diploma school, that has changed considerably.
Corps people are utilized in hospitals (US Public Health Hospitals) which former President Reagan closed in 1981. They are also used in Indian Health hospitals, Bureau of Prisons, INH, etc.
You can retire in twenty (20) years, while the Civil Service workers are required to work thirty (30) years.
Hope this will be helpful to you.
