US Nurse Practitioner wanting to work in the UK

Has anyone had any experience as a American Nurse Practitioner and going to work in England? My husband is in the military and he is going to be stationed in England this December. I would like to work and am wondering how difficult it is to go through the process.

Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Regardless you will need to meet NMC requirements for RN, a lot would then depend on whether you get permission to work in the UK and what experience you have and where you want to work. NP you may find is totally different to the US. Sharrie may pop in and answer a bit more
