US Educated Foreign New Grad Seeking Opportunities

I am a student from China, going to graduate with a BSN in August. I wonder if there is any opportunity to work ANYWHERE in ENGLISH speaking hospitals in the world. I know getting sponsorship in the US is very hard and I am not eligible for applying for skilled worker's visa in many countries because I am just a new grad.

Please help me!! It will be great if any hospital in the US is willing to take me for my 1-yr OPT, will be even awesomer if they can sponsor me b/c I am a hard and skilled worker and is willing to dedicate my yrs to the hospital. If that is not the case, I am seeking for any english speaking international hospitals that take US educated new grad student from China.
