Upper Peninsula of Michigan

I found myself in UP of Michigan last Summer exploring this beautiful area. Wandering if anybody on this site is actually nursing at the new hospital in Marquette, Michigan. Love to hear what the climate at this hospital is for nursing and if many of the staff are travel nurses or permanent?

I do not work in Mqt hospital. I'm an hour and a half further north. From what I've heard, and seen during clinicals, ALOT of the nurses are travel. During my week there, staff seemed happy with their jobs, but obviously that was a micro view of the climate.
