Upcoming TEAS test...question for those who have taken it

I have the study guide and I have studied it a lot the last 3 weeks. I test on Sept. 10th

My question is- is the test roughly the same as the study guide? Easier? Harder?

I did great on the reading, grammar, A+P, and surprisingly the majority of the math sections post tests ( and I totally stink at math)

Im more worried about the Chemistry, Physics, and molecular bio stuff that was in the book. I haven't had Chem since H.S, never took Physics, and got an A in Molec. Bio....but it seems I *uh* didn't retain much. With guessing on over 50% of the questions on the test portions I actually did a lot better than I thought ( and trust me some were straight out " uhhhh I think this one sounds right" guesses)

Can you just tell me how the test related to the guide? Thanks!

The test and the guide are VERY similar. It is surprising how much general biology stuff is on there. There are only a couple of chemistry and microbilogy questions, I don't recall but one A&P question. If math is your weakest area, DON'T STOP PRACTICING!! The math portion flies by. The problems are somewhat lengthy to solve and there is very little time per problem. The first time I took it, I timed out on the math and missed like 15 questions. Be ready for that math section, it's a killer. As far as the guide and stuff goes though, the test is almost exactly like the guide. Good luck!!

Thanks...although now I am frightened of the math...LOL. I didn't find any of the problems in the guide that were lengthy to solve...but you are saying the test ones are? Ugh!

Well, lol, they were lengthy for me!! I'm mathematically retarded!! There were some word problems that threw me for a loop. There was this one problem about hot dogs and hamburgers and if the owner sold x number of hot dogs and x number of hamburgers how many would he need to order for the next days business. It sounds simple but I couldn't solve that problem to save my life!!:banghead: And wouldn't ya know, I got that same darn question both times I took the test? UGH!!! Just keep on practicing and don't spend to much time on each problem when you go to take the test. You'll do great!!!
