unlv troubles...

okay so unlv's pre requisite policy/ requirements are a grade of b (3.00) or above must have been earned in either the first or second enrollment (an audit counts as an enrollment) in the following prerequisites courses: fundamentals of college mathematics (math 120) or college algebra (math 124)...

i attended a school in california and i took a math class that is equivalent to math 126 at unlv. i took it twice and got a c the second time. i called the math department and they said math 126 and 124 are pretty much the same class.

so now i want to take math 120 or math 124.

would this make me ineligible for the bsn nursing program? my advisors told me to wait til august 23, but that is too late bc the deadline to pay is august 19 and classes start august 23 as well...

i just would like to know what you guys think...
