What is the Kira assessment? Is it a preliminary interview?

1.5 years in an extremely high acuity CVICU. VAD's, heart transplants, lung transplants, ECMO, CRRT, assisting with emergent procedures at the bedside including balloon atrial septectomies, opening of the chest, VA/VV ECMO, etc
Research within unit, team lead, resource nurse, unit councils, etc
2000 hours of volunteer hours
