I did mine last night and literally couldn't fall asleep because I was thinking of all the other scenarios I could have talked about. You aren't alone!

4 years MICU background now ICU float at med center in Houston.

CCRN/ACLS/PALS/BLS/NIHSS

interim educator, preceptor, charge RN experience

certified in VADs and CRRT

Those are damn good! I wouldn't stress on the KIRA; I'm sure they know it's nerve wrecking over video. 
 

I have 7 years experience. 
2 Er, 6 ICU, 4 Flight Nursing. 
3.8 overall GPA

CCRN/CFRN/CMC/ ACLS/ PALS/ BLS/ NIHSS/ NRP/ TPATC/ PATC

50+ hours Shadow 

Charge experience, Preceptor, Unit Base Council, Rapid Response Team, Mid Line Certified.

What is the Kira assessment? Is it a preliminary interview?

BSN GPA: 3.82 Science GPA 3.77

Over 70 hours of shadowing

BLS/ACLS/PALS/CCRN/ECMO-micro cert

1.5 years in an extremely high acuity CVICU. VAD's, heart transplants, lung transplants, ECMO, CRRT, assisting with emergent procedures at the bedside including balloon atrial septectomies, opening of the chest, VA/VV ECMO, etc

Research within unit, team lead, resource nurse, unit councils, etc

2000 hours of volunteer hours

Crappy KIRA assessment HAHAHA

Your experience speaks for itself! I'm sure they know how awkward it is to be on camera. We've got this!
