PS applied for FNP track

Specializes in ICU.

They tell u there are full time slots. I applied for full time last fall, got accepted into a four yr plan my plan can't take that long so i changed to st Joseph college of Maine. It's a little more expemsive but then I can get done 2 yrs earlier.many members applied for full time and were either not accepted or accepted for pt.kinda felt duped. There is a page on this if you search it out.

I am currently in the program. The core classes were not bad. The problem is once you get into your clinical courses there is very little direction and they are not very supportive. It is basically a teach yourself program at that point. With the tests you don't know what questions you missed so therefore you don't really know if you learned the material. They do not review the tests with you. Another problem is that the material isn't presented in a timely manner where you can prepare for tests. My advice is to shop around for a program that is more supportive of assistive of your learning needs. I would not recommend this program.
