University of South Florida (USF) FNP Fall 2024

Hello! I recently applied to USF's Fall FNP program part-time. Has anyone applied as well yet? All of my letters of recommendation are in, but I have not been verified on NursingCAS yet. Has anyone else? I know they do interviews sometimes as well. Does anyone else have info on that? Thanks!

I went for FNP MSN as well and have not heard anything either. Maybe more applications to go through? Just anxiously waiting still LOL

I emailed Friday evening after hours. I'm hoping to hear an update on Monday. Maybe decisions will come through on Monday?

I received a generic response. I followed up again to see. Have you heard anything or emailed asking? Maybe we will hear something today?

I heard an update, my application is verified and was sent to the admissions committee a while back. They said it is still under review by the admissions committee when they pulled it. They said they would let me know when there is an update. I'm confused if there is a first round of decisions or if it's just going to be rolling now. They said the first round would be Feb. 15th but I guess that was not the case? Keep me posted if anyone else hears anything!

I have not reached out since I finalized my app. I had issues with nursingcas so I was constantly emailing/calling the admissions team all last month. Last thing I heard about hearing back was over the phone saying "on or around 2/15". When I went in person and spoke to someone, they said before end of February.  I am hoping now that it is a Monday, we will hear back...but also presidents day so I am not sure ? Have you gotten promotional emails on your USF email from college of nursing? I got some for the career expo and was wondering if it was just a coincidence in timing.

Yeah my understanding was if you applied before the priority deadline, you would have your decision by this month which would be the first wave of decision letters.

Some people have received acceptance, emails, and some have received interview emails. Maybe they go in order in which the applications were verified and received by the college of nursing? Fingers crossed and good vibes for everyone who is still waiting on a response from the school.

For MSN FNP part-time? You know people who have gotten acceptances and interviews?

Same here, I assumed I would have some form of an update for the MSN FNP part-time program whether it be acceptance, denial, interview, or moved to the second round for decisions. I am confused why I am still under review.

I also applied the day it opened and my application went under review on January 29th. Hope FNP hears updates this week!
