5 hours?! And video interview? They must've changed alot since last round - I interviewed just in person, was not 5 hours and had 3 rooms that a small group rotated between (you'd do 2 out of the 3). Then a meet and greet with the staff. Guess they changed it up!

Just trying to find some commonalities of why some people got the Kira invite and why some didn't.  I interviewed last year and didn't get a Kira email either.

Got an email saying I'll get my Kira invite on Wednesday. I guess everything just comes in waves 🙂‍↔️

I was told about 150

They interviewed 140 last year

I remember someone said they interview around 70 and accept 40?

Has anyone done the kira assessment? How many questions are there?
