My mailman use to be afraid of my dog...now its me he wants to avoid....I think he is keeping the mace ready just in case! I hope we all have a great outcome from this!

I was so tempted to call....as soon as my letter arrives I will post. My mail arrives by 3pm central.

Did they mention whether the letters were being "sent out" today or delivered today?

If it is the former, don't you think we will have to wait until next week?

We should have letters in the mail by the end of this week, and it will depend on how far away you are on postal routes as to how long it will take for your letter to get to you.
