University of San Francisco (USFCA) Fall BSN 2018

Hi everyone!

I'm just creating this thread for those who are applying to the BSN Nursing program at USF. I know the deadline to apply isn't until March 1 but I'm just putting this out here early.

From what I've heard, USF is very holistic in their admission decisions. So they do focus a lot on your personal statement & letters of recommendation(s)

That sounds good. I currently work for the VA Mather as LVN. My case manager and supervisor wrote my letter of recommendation. Maybe that will help. But thanks for the info sammiantha thanks. Hope we all get in.

Hi, i spoke to a counselor today and she said they are expecting to mail out decisions on Friday.

Does anyone know if we will be notified by email too or is it just a letter through mail?

Via mail. They will also update our portals at the end of the month

Has anyone heard back? Portal message was updated on 4/18 indicating "decision letter sent" but that's all.

Same, I haven't heard anything nor is my portal updated.

Mine didn't update either, nor have i heard anything back. I'm going to call them tomorrow to ask if they sent all the letters out yet

Are you all checking your status through the portal they sent out right after you submitted the application? With the temporary pin? Or through something else?
