I've been in contact with the director of student services, and she just e-mailed me today saying that they hope to have decisions in the mail by next week :).

Good luck to everyone! I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get into the program due to not having taken public speaking (I took interpersonal communication instead). But they found a class I took that fulfills the requirement!! I'm so excited!!

They have indeed been sent out, if you haven't received yours already I'd expect it by early next week. I've been placed on the wait list, unfortunately they didn't indicate what position in line. Guess I can only hope this was a few individual's second choice school. The waiting continues :uhoh3:

Same here, and it was my second time applying. Fortunately, I was accepted to the ASBSN program at CSU Stanislaus, so I have already started there. I wouldn't have gone to USF regardless at this point, but I was curious to see how my improvements from the last application played out. You might want to look at the ASBSN programs for Sac State and Stanislaus. So far I am really impressed with the instructors and everyone who has organized the program to start this fall.

Hi T, are you attending the program? Of so we will be seeig a lot of each other the next couple of years! I am so excited to start, I am getting all of my paperwork done and figuring out financial aid etc. I need a new desk in my room so I went to ikea this weekend, my room will now be the perfect study space!!! Hope to hear from more people soon.

As far as my stats go. I really think that my volunteering, plus two seperate internships at a magnet hospital is what helped set me apart from some others. I also had stron letters of Rec. from nurses.

Hey everyone,

I thought I hadn't made it into the program but lo and behold I got my acceptance letter last week. I'm ecstatic and a bit overwhelmed. Haven't gotten FAFSA straightened out yet because their site is not compatible with Lion. Come on, that OS has been out since summer! May have to go on campus to do it if they can't update their site. Look forward to meeting you all on Jan. 13 at orientation.
