I've read many threads regarding USF but would like to find out some more info. The deadline for applying is in 9 days, I've decided to apply to USF even though I probably can't afford it. I've got everything completed except for the essay. I was wondering if any of you who are applying/have been accepted have any tips?
The prompt is to write how you will help the University to carry out its mission: USF exists to provide a rigorous, world-class education to a new generation of leaders, who will work to create a more humane and just world.
I'm not a member of the Jesuit Community but do admire and respect the elements of Jesuit-inspired education. Should I mention that in my essay or leave that out? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! If you have any questions regarding applying I'd be happy to help :)
I'm sorry I didn't see this post earlier, but I too applied for the Fall of 2012 at the University of San Francisco. I hope you were able to submit your application and essay on time! How did your essay turnout?
