Hi,

I was looking for a thread regarding the university of Rochester ABPNN 2018 and didn't find any so I made this for applying or accepted students to share their experience.

Has anyone gotten an interview and heard anything back yet?

how did your interview go? What did they ask?

Congrats!!!!

From what I've heard the White Coat Village is the closest neighborhood to the University Rochester Nursing School and Strong Memorial Hospital. This is where many nursing students live.

I also know that some students live in the Rustic Village apartments. Hope this helps.

Hey everyone! I was also accepted to the program last Monday! Just waiting on the welcome packet now. During my last year of undergrad, we created a Facebook group for everyone in my concentration field. This made it easier to get in touch with each other, discuss assignments or deadlines, ask questions, and even just create plans for everyone to hang out (there were actually 106 of us). The cohorts before us created groups as well, so I made one for us! I guess the group would be for the people who are sure they are accepting a seat at U of R so that the group can be used throughout the academic year as well. It would definitely be useful for people from outside of Rochester who need housing as well (getting advice, finding roommates, etc).

I received the package yesterday as well. Do any of you guys know why they included the Graduate Housing info in there? I thought we couldn't apply for those...
