Hello all! Just wanted to start a thread for students starting the accelerated nursing program at U of R this May. Figured we might have some questions about the school, city and living arrangements. I'm super excited to start the program! Oh, and I'm a 24 year old male moving from Buffalo, NY.

I've heard the white coat area is a good place to live, it's really close to campus so that's convenient. I'm from vacaville (near davis) but went to UCSB. Housing seems really cheap compared to here!!! I'm trying to look for a furnished place since it is only for one year, kinda hard to do with s dog though.

If anyone has a place and is looking for a roommate or wants to go in on an apartment, let me know! Only limiting factor is that I need a place that allows cats, because my awesome cat is moving with me. Hope to hear back from someone!

Hey guys,

I am also starting the program in May! I'm just wondering where everyone is living, or if anyone is looking for a roommate? I am 23 from Connecticut, but will be moving from Cleveland OH where I have been living for the last few years.
