I just got my interview invitation, and will be there for the 4/13 date. I'm reaching out to see if anyone can recall the question type mix in the actual interview portion of the process (clinical vs personality), and would love some insight from current Pitt students. It would be nice to connect with others interviewing the same day.
I interviewed with Pitt on March 29. I believe there was only one morning session during that date. At the end of the session they told our group that we would hear in April. Obviously, April has since come and gone, with no word from Pitt. I called them over a week ago to see what was going on. The only answer that I received was that no decisions had been made yet and there is no new timeline for when we might hear, just that "it might be soon". It's somewhat frustrating that the school expects us to meet their deadlines but apparently has no regard for their own self-imposed timetable.
If I remember right, their web site says that those that applied by the early Feb 15th deadline are supposed to receive a response by June 1st. I've been considering that the expected time frame for a response, so I'm hoping it holds true. However, I also remember hearing that the priority deadline thing is more applicable to other graduate programs, and the CRNA one doesn't technically have a true "priority" deadline, so who knows.
