Hello all! I recently got accepted into Pitt CRNA program starting in the Spring 2018. I created this thread in the hopes of coming across my future classmates.
Anyone planning on attending University of Pittsburgh's CRNA program in the Spring 2018?
Would love to get to know my future classmates!
Good luck on your application! The interview process was four hours long, but it was a combination of panel interviews, information sessions, and tours of the school and Sim lab. Interview questions included "get-to-know-you," why CRNA and why here, and clinical questions. It was very comfortable, you meet the other people interviewing, and the faculty is open to any and all inquiries, and they feed you coffee and donuts throughout.
My stats: ED x 5 years, SICU x 4 years, GPA 3.68, GRE 311, CCRN, CEN, ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, ENPC.

I interviewed for Spring '18 in July, called today and was told they were still reviewing candidates. Should hear back by the end of next week according to their secretary! Good luck everyone
