University of the Pacific Nursing program Interview

Hi Everyone, 

I realized there is no post for university of the pacific new nursing program. I had an interview with them last week. If you had an interview or applied please reply. 

Were you early decision as well?

No I turned it in End of December or Jan.

That's odd, my application was verified on Dec 1 and I'm not being considered early decision

This is a bit later than usual, so I guess there's a lot more applicants as word gets around. Let's all update each other asap ^^

I am also early decision btw, I had my interview around Feb 8 but they emailed me saying they would consider me as normal admissions.

I didn't get an email saying I'll be considered for normal admission. When did you apply? Is it bc you didn't qualify in the early decision round or they just moved it forward with no explanation? 

And yes let's definitely keep each other updated

This is what they sent me:

"Thank you for submitting your early decision application for the Entry Level Master of Science in Nursing (ELMSN) degree program for the Fall 2023 cohort. You are still being considered for our regular admissions selections. As we receive updates in our admissions, you will be notified if your application status changes."

I interpreted that they didn't consider me for early decision, so they pushed me to normal admissions ?

How do you know it was viewed? Will they just not notify us? How did we get interviews then? so confused.

You wouldn't know until they reach out. The only updated I got were when I submitted my application my status went from complete to verified once my transcripts went in but I didn't hear anything from them directly.

Unfortunately it's just a waiting game. They're gonna email us all at once they said decisions come out when everyone's application has been reviewed
