Just creating a thread for people to post in for this current application cycle. Just submitted my application, best of luck to everyone!

Good luck on your interview!! Congrats!! They ask a combination of clinical and EI questions. I don't want to give out specifics in an effort to keep things "fair".

Nothing yet but I have probably refreshed my email 100+ times today. Remaining hopeful!

I have also been constantly checking my email but I haven't seen anything yet either. The wait is the worst.
During the interview did anyone get any of the questions wrong? Looking back at it I got like three questions wrong. During the info session one of the students mentioned getting some questions wrong but was still accepted. Do you guys really believe that theres a possibility of still getting accepted even with getting questions wrong? That interview was very clinical heavy. It felt more clinical heavy than the other schools in North Carolina (from what I was told)

I got like 4 questions wrong. At this point I'm anticipating a rejection or best case scenario being waitlisted. Hearing from the students that they got some questions wrong and still got accepted gives me a little bit of hope but not much. I think they look at their applicants holistically though, and take into account GPA
I know of applicants who did not know all of the answers... or fully answer them... whom have been accepted in previous years. I imagine they would holistically look at each applicant-- considering their GPA, GRE scores, resume strength, references, etc. I would think it is unrealistic to expect applicants to know the answer to every question... especially with such diversity in questions. Would it even be a good thing to be a textbook and know every answer... or would it be better for them to know how you respond in times of stress (aka this interview)? How do you respond when you don't know? Admit it? Do you panic? Throw out a random answer? Realize your mistake? Take a deep breath. Remain positive until we know!! We all got an interview so there is something they saw that they liked. All we need is one yes. Even if it's not UNCG or even this year, don't give up your dreams!

I know I got at least 3 wrong as well! So know you are not alone! I have heard that they don't expect you to know everything and want to know how you'll react when you don't know. I'm trying to remain hopeful, and also thinking that even if nothing else, it helped me practice for interviews in the future as this was my first one! I agree it was super clinical heavy though and was also expecting more EI questions...
