University of North Carolina Greensboro (UNCG) CRNA - May 2025 start

Hi all ! I just wanted to make a group to see who's all applying to the UNCG CRNA program set to start in May of 2025!  I submitted my application in June and interviewed on Day 2 of interviews in the beginning of July and received an acceptance email from the graduate college a week later!! Very excited to start and looking forward to meeting more nurses going through the process!

Has anyone heard anything yet?

Not to be a downer, but I suspect if we haven't heard good news yet, the best we'll hear is a waitlist. It seems that they offer acceptances almost immediately to people they really want, and based on how those people respond, they continue to make offers to others until the seats are filled. We're likely second choices at this point.

I just wanted to make sure that everything was in order prior to responding, but yes I heard back within a few days after my interview and got accepted early this week! I am thrilled and quite honestly in shock as it's my first application cycle. I didn't expect it at all as most people I know have applied two or three times prior to getting accepted into a program. it was one of two schools that I applied to and I got interviews to both. UNCG moved more quickly than the other so I ended up retracting my interview with the other school. I'm not mad about it though as UNCG was my top choice and more ideal for me.

thank you! and I definitely would remain optimistic. they are probably still waiting to receive deposits and those they messaged to accept their offers. they gave me a week to respond to the offer and send a deposit in!

I just heard I got waitlisted, going to keep my hopes up and pad my application for next cycle. Has anyone else heard?
