My nursing school GPA is 3.6, my BSN GPA is 4.0 but prior to me going to nursing school, my undergrad GPA was terrible, due to me having a child mid semester. I was hoping the admissions committee recognized my growth. You have more experience than me. I only have 2 years. I’m going to reach out to them as well. I need some type of feedback to help me with future applications. I probably need to retake my science courses. ?

Yeah! See they took people with great grades.... which I understand but I would think they would take experience into account.... oh well.... I guess I’ll have to take a grad level course and re apply yet again.

I am sorry you didn’t get an interview. Did you apply to any other schools?

It’s perfectly OK! I did apply to a few other schools. I’ve interviewed before... hopefully I’ll get that opportunity again.

How long have you been in the CVICU? I switched from Neonatal ICU.

Hello all! I received an interview invite as well, and I am very nervous! Has anyone interviewed yet?

Would anyone be willing to give interview advice or insight? Thanks in advance, if so!

Does anyone know what their interview is like? More personal or clinical questions?
