Hi there, I am also applying for the fall semester. I think with a 3.7 gpa you have a great chance of getting in. it also depends on your science gpa as well. I have a 3.3 gpa and a 3.5 science gpa. Im finishing Microbiology this semester. I have heard so many different stories about what it takes to get in so I dont know what to tell u lol.
Sounds like we are close and your chances may be a bit better! 3.3 is overall. Science gpa is a 3.43 if we're including all the sciences from my previous undergrad degree (liberal arts). That was 17 years ago... A&P I and II and Micro have all been a 4.0. I'm applying to the accelerated program. Not sure if that is harder or easier to get into than the regular track...
I'm applying for the fall also. I have a 3.94 overall and a 3.67 for sciences, but I'm taking micro this semester so I'm afraid that could keep me out. I have everything done except for that, but I still am freaking out! My application shows "Under Review" as of yesterday, so they've started looking at them.

I'm applying for U of M nursing for the fall of 2018! I'm excited but also extremely nervous because I've heard it is extremely competitive. I have just below a 3.5 now and am most likely going to end this current semester with a 4.0 averaging out to 3.75. Is that going to be enough? Is anyone else here applying for the fall, and if so, what are your grades like?
