How long did it take for their recommendation portion to update? My manager said she submitted it but it still says "sent" on my end.

After mine were sent in, it changed to waiting for approval, then received.

Mine updated same day they sent it I believe

Last year people started hearing back from the program around this time. So I think interview invites should go out this week and next
