Hi! I am looking into working in Baltimore as a new grad RN following graduation next May. I am interested in ICU or ED and the two big hospitals I am aware of in the area are UMMC and John's Hopkins. I know someone who received an offer of $34/hr at Hopkins for the new grad residency. Does anyone happen to know the new grad pay for UMMC? Also, looking for any advice about these hospitals as well if you know anything! Thanks so much!
