University of Maryland Direct Entry MSN - Fall 2025

Hey everyone!

I did not apply for early consideration so I am still awaiting my acceptance letter. Can I ask, how did you receive the news about your acceptance? Did you receive an email? Did you notice a change in your application portal?

I am very excited to hear back from the university and would like to know what to expect. Any info is appreciated!

When you saw you were accepted did it say complete next to the application still or was there another section?

If I remember correctly it said action required.

I talked to one of the counselors and he told me by March 4th we should hear back. I am hoping we hear back this upcoming week I've been so excited to hear back!!:)

hiya,

I got an email that said my admissions decision was ready; clicked on it & it said Action Required. I wasnt expecting the accaptance letter as I was wait listed last sem.

March 4th for early decisions or regular deadline?

Regular deadline, but I am thinking if not tomorrow most likely this week or the next but I am just going off with what he said.

I was hoping it was going to be the March 4 date but I haven't heard anything yet. Another date I have heard from an advisor is by March 11.

Did anyone's application status change from completed to committee review or something of the sort? Mine is still complete d.

Hi, I was accepted in Feburary w/ early decisions and my application status never changed to committee review. When decision results were ready, my status changed to " Action Required." Within that, I saw that my application was sent for committee review 12/12/24 LOL.

Sorry to bother you. I checked my app it said decision made but I can't see it. Did it say anything else? I didn't get an email yet either.
