I'll be on the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit so I can imagine my job will be nursing and counseling combined. I'm going to see the hospital for the first time next week so I'm looking forward to that. I'm still hoping you guys can hear back soon! It would be great to get to know people.

When I called they still said they are deciding the final offers for the one I interviewed for so I hope the fact that I haven't heard anything yet is a good thing. The waiting is just about killing me haha. Congrats to everyone who already received an offer!!!

I was interviewed for the urology clinic and the neuro surgical icu. When I called they said I was still in consideration for the neuro surgical icu, which is the one I want but I would rather have had either one then none at all haha. I am from instate about two hours away. They said they should hopefully know by today but I don't want to call again because I feel like a nuisance. The more time that goes by the more I doubt myself on getting an offer :/

I'll be coming from Illinois, so four hours roughly. I'm sorry you guys still haven't heard back. That's really strange. I thought from talking to HR last week that they had to have all of the names sent in by this Monday. Must be taking longer than they expected.

CONGRATS!!! The long wait was totally worth it. I'm so happy more people will be headed to Iowa City :) Hang in there to everyone still waiting. I haven't received the list yet so clearly they're still making decisions!
