Has anyone applied to UHV Second Degree BSN program for Spring 2012?

I think it could have happened to anyone. We shall see what happens.

I'm not sure. I thought that it only showed a different color on my end. I did start this thread, so maybe that's why.

Hi All!

I know there was an individual in our group who couldn't log in to her email but it was because she was a prior UHV student. The faculty member said "you are the only exception and can use your private email." I guess we'll see how it goes.

On another note, I still haven't recieved my blue card!!!!

I know it was off subject, but I had to ask. What are your thoughts on Bmart's question?

I agree that they are using that to weed out students. They did inform us prior to the interview that it was mandatory to be able to access your UHV email. They sent that information out in enough time to allow whatever problems people would have to be worked out. If I were one of faculty members I would find it a little odd that someone was able to access their email with no problems, and then on interview day all of a sudden it doesn't work.

virginiadawn2, I can't believe you still have not received your Blue Card. Have you tried contacting anyone about it?

I did my prints on 11/8. I will definitely call tomorrow and see what's going on. I'm glad they accepted the FAST pass paper on Monday. I was a little bit worried.

Call L1 Solutions and make you ask if prints were sent to the BON. I had to call also, however they couldn't give me a reason as to why the BON had not sent the Blue Card. That is strange.

I was in the yellow group and in group 1 for the presentation. That is so crazy that a few of us were in the same group and didn't even know it! I was the one who spoke 1st about Ethics. Thanks for introducing yourself khandy00!

Since this was my 2nd time going through the process I can say it was pretty much exactly like last year. I didn't really know how they were evaluating us but I hope all turns out well for all of us. I heard a few people mention they had trouble logging into their email. I'm sure that doesn't look too good on interview day but they may not automatically eliminate you for that reason.

Let's keep our fingers crossed a few more days! FYI, last year some students started to receive acceptance letters the Friday following the interview. I did not get mine til the following Monday so don't give up hope if some people get emails on Friday and you don't!
